These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Artist Payout website and its calculators and guides (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Estimates only — not advice
Artist Payout provides informational tools and educational content. Everything the calculators and guides produce is an estimate for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. We are not your advisor, broker, or fiduciary, and using the Service does not create any such relationship. Figures are modeling ranges, not offers, quotes, or guarantees. Always consult a qualified professional and verify any figure with the relevant provider before making a decision.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we hold ourselves to a strict sourcing discipline, we do not warrant that any estimate, figure, or piece of content is accurate, current, or applicable to your situation.
